Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from After Five Designs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of your product(s), we're here to help.

Customized products, including personalized apparel and accessories, are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color (on non-customized items), please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@afdaz.org with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
